Sad Day...

Today I turned over the admin keys to the new owner of the Itty Bitty Scrap Shack. Yep, that's right, I sold my website. I did this for several reasons, one of the main ones is that I don't have the time or passion to commit to it right now and it needs someone with energy and enthusiasm to carry it forward. I sold it to a woman who is full of both of those things! She is going to be just what the site needs right now.
It's a bittersweet experience though, this was my baby! I created this thing from the ground up, I had an incredible design team, Nicole*Mara*Angela*Bethany*Veronica*Sara* who helped me in so many ways, an awesome partner *Jen* who became more than just a business partner but a close friend! I met hundreds of great woman who share this passion for creating the same as I do and have come to be my "long-distance" friends! What an incredible opportunity I've had to learn and grow and love and share!
I hope that everyone has the opportunity to experience some of what I've experienced the past few months with the rich friendships and the sense of teamwork and compassion for each other.
I will continue to scrapbook, which seems to be the first question that people ask! How could I quite now when I have a room full of scrap supplies?! I will continue to take pictures to scrap and I will push forward through whatever storms life my bring my way. I am strong, I am fighter, I am determined to love life and I am determined to REMEMBER!!! After all, isn't that what scrapbooking is really all about...remembering?
