Todd and I have never been camping since we got married so we decided to give it a try. It wasn't the best experience we've ever had...but it was a memory!
We got to our campground at about 6pm, set up a tent, had dinner and then went to bed. Emma had a really rough night and didn't enjoy sleeping in a tent, woke up at 5:30am. We had breakfast, tore camp down and by 8:30 we were home sweet home.
Charlie and Saydie enjoyed the great outdoors. They would have enjoyed it more if they were off their leash, but they wandered into the neighbors campground so we had to tie them up!
It wasn't too chilly, Emma did sleep with us, but it wasn't as cold as we thought it would be. It was more chilly in the morning while we were waiting for Todd to make our breakfast burritos over the campfire. We forgot the hot chocolate...darn it! That's for next time!
We will go again and when we do, we'll do a few things different and plan to stay a little longer. It wasn't bad, just the first time with a baby!

I think it's great when a couple tries something new, especially together....it makes it way more fun! Way to go Todd and Tiffany...
We just went camping too! Did Emma sleep ok? At least it was an adventure!
