Yep! She finally had her babies! And the best part is she waited until I got home from my trip to have them! Thursday morning, the 12th Nutmeg had 3 healthy beautiful little babies!
This one standing in front of her is her "twin" and is also the runt. This little baby looks exactly like her momma!
I didn't get my camera fast enough, but about 2 minutes before this shot, there were also 3 little bunnies snuggled up to the babies! It was so precious!
2 have no ears like their momma and one has long ears like his dad!
2 girls and a boy! We aren't sure which ones we are keeping yet, we'll see how "noisey" they are as they get bigger. So far, they are super quiet and nobody even knows we have them! What a gift to be able to see this little babies. We are so proud of Nutmeg for carrying full-term and can't wait to taste her sweet milk again in a couple of weeks!

AHHHHHH!!!!! These little munchkin's are so cute!! I love them! I can see why Emma just wants to play with them! It will be fun to watch them grow from babes, the ones you decide to keep at least. Guess it's time to get out the ol' milk pail and overalls! F-U-N
Are you naming them? Might I suggest Cumin, Paprika and Ginger....Babies are sweet even when they are goats.
Too cute Tiff. I bet Nutmeg was happy you were there to greet her new additions to the farm.
