This past week Todd's family and my family gathered here in NM for Thanksgiving celebrations. While here, Todd's Great Grandma suffered from a stroke and has spent the past 3 days in the hospital. She is not expected to make it through. Prayers have gone up in her behalf and we have spent the weekend honoring her and spending time together. Family members that haven't seen each other for years have been brought together and have shared some very special moments. Grandma D. is Emma's Great-Great Grandma and there is a five generation span between them. Emma was the first Great Great Grandchild. We are so grateful for the gospel and the knowledge it provides us about life after death and the sealing power of the priesthood that means that families can be together forever! What comfort we take in this gospel and in our savior Jesus Christ who is ever mindful of us!Sunday, November 25, 2007
